Manage the Recurring Delivery Service
1. Click on the icon in the menu bar.
2. Enter your email address and password.
If you don’t know your password, click on the link Forgot password?. Enter your e-mail address and you will receive a mail with a link. Open this link to create a new password.
3. Click on “Recurring Delivery”
After logging in you can click on “Recurring Delivery” in your dashboard. Click on the “View” button to access more detailed information about the status, upcoming payment, and the total amount due per 4 weeks.
4. What can you manage?
Send now
We provide the option for immediate shipment. By clicking the “Send now” button, your order will be processed and shipped at the earliest convenience. This applies to the upcoming scheduled order.
Skip Shipment
You have the option to skip your next scheduled shipment. To do this, simply click the “Skip Shipment” button.
Cancel Recurring Delivery Service
You have the flexibility to cancel the Recurring Delivery Service at any time, for any reason. By clicking “Cancel,” all future shipments will be terminated immediately.
